Obesity

Obesity means a person that has to much fat in such many ways. Such as, overweight from extra muscle, bone, or water. Even though a person is less weight, but it still has a freakishly high fat in the body! Let me get this straight, some people is tall but has many fat like me (I'm actually obesity but cause' of my tall body, no one notice that I am fat. They only think I have a tall body -.-") So, my advice to you who got this obesity, I want you to exercise or walk or jogging at a park for like 10 minutes (for the first timer), if u already have this obesity for a long time, I want you to exercise two days per week for about 30 minutes, but please do not push yourself to do this. If u push yourself to do this, it may become your worse nightmare :O

Don't mess with the ocean

First off, the ocean is deep as hell. No human could make it a 1/4 way down there.... because this will happen to their body.

U don't want to be exploded...right?

Another scary thing... most of the ocean looks pitch dark which is scary, because the ocean is filled with hellish creatures! Like:-

INCREDIBLY DEADLY PLANTS

Daffodil

 
The most deadliest plant in the world. I know you don't believe what I'm saying cause' the flower is pretty and smell nice and wait....... SMELL IT!!! DO NOT SMELL DAFFODIL! Daffodil is highly toxic especially if the bulb is ingested. It may cause' dizziness, abdominal pain (means at your belly) and upset, and if the daffodils is be eaten it will cause' death. 

POISON LOCATION!!!
Leaves, stems, berries, and roots all contain toxic compounds. The most potent concentration is usually found in swollen underground stems, known variously as bulbs, rhizomes, and corns.

POISON TYPE

Alkaloids are found in daffodils, possibly in amaryllis (a houseplant in the north), and in snowdrops.

Stinky Bean is Stinky (Petai)

Why would anyone want to eat something often referred to as "stinky bean"? The stinky bean is commonly eaten in Indonesia and Malaysia. (Malay called it Petai). Some people do not eat stinky bean. But why? Is it the fact about their smell... Actually stinky bean is good for health. They contained vitamins and minerals. Ok this is a science challenge for you guys out there. I challenge you guys to eat the STINKY BEAN WITH SAMBAL!!! The recipe is down here:-

Stinky bean with dried anchovies (this is spicy)

Ingredients:-
Stinky beans (halved to ensure there is no big eyes monster in it)
Dried anchovies (head and bones remove)
Red Chili
Shallots
Quail Eggs (hard boiled and peel)
roasted chili paste
Assam water
Sugar

Method:-
1. Pound red chili, shallots followed by roasted chili paste. 
2. Heat oil and fry the peeled boiled eggs quickly until a thin crispy coating is formed  
   and remove.
3.Deep fry anchovies till brown and crispy. Set aside.
4.Remove excess oil leaving enough to fry the chili paste. Fry until 'oil splits'.
5. Add Stinky bean and fry some more. 
6. Add assam water and sugar to taste.
7. Lastly, combine fried quail eggs and anchovies and mix well until they are nicely coated  
   with the chili paste. Transfer to serving plate. 


P/S: Some countries don't sell the Stinky bean and a reminder they're is something in the stinky bean that can make you scream! And it is........ THE WORM!!

DO CAT REALLY HAVE 9 LIVES??

Actually, cat doesn't live for 9 lives. Its because cats have an ability to escape from many dangerous situations without harm (Just like my cat that fall from the roof and doesn't even get injure from the incident). Cats have good memories, keen eyesight, and exceptional senses of smell and hearing.

Quick Tips:-

Even though a cat may escape from any dangerous with its live for many many times, it still have only once just like any animal.

Immune System

The immune system is the body's defence against pathogens and other infectious microorganism and is made up at a network of cells, tissues and organs. The cells involved are several types of white blood cells each with specific roles such as fighting infections and destroy cancerous cells. Lymphocytes 'remember' the previous invaders and will make the specific antibodies to attack the same germ if it enters the body again.

Lices

(EEWWWW!! I KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINKING RIGHT KNOW....)

Ewww!!! Lice...yes the name itself is scary enough especially for someone who love to take care their hair. Lice is an insect that suck human blood (I think lice is a vampire). Lice scientific name is Phthiraptera. 

How to know you have Lice? 
* A tickling feeling on the scalp
* A sensation that something is moving on your hair
* Itching caused by an allergic reaction to louse bites (kids may scratch or rub their scalp especially around the back of the heads or ears.
* Sores on the head caused by scratching 
* Irritability 
* Trouble sleeping (louse are more active at night)

 I RECOMMEND YOU TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND FAST! OR NOT THE INFECTION WILL SPREAD TO WHOLE OF YOUR EAR. YOUR EAR WILL HAVE MANY PUS AND THAT GONNA BE SO MUCH PAIN!!!
